Open Education, Open Science & Digital Technologies

One objective of the Centre Virchow-Villermé is to offer open and innovative education in public and global health. The CVV’s “MOOC Factory” has thus developed and produced 20 MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) in this field since 2013. The MOOC Factory not only fulfills the educational goal of the CVV, but also represents an opportunity to better understand the MOOCs’ roles, uses, and practices through different research studies.

Furthermore, the Centre Virchow-Villermé is involved in several projects regarding open science, open data and digital technologies in the field of health.
