Célya Gruson-Daniel

Célya Gruson-Daniel a research assistant responsible for information and communication technology at the Centre Virchow-Villermé.

She coordinates and oversees production of the MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) and participates in research projects in the fields of Open Science and Big Data.

Célya Gruson-Daniel earned a diploma from the Ecole Normale Supérieure and the Université Pierre et Marie Curie in the field of cognitive and behavioral neurosciences; she is particularly interested in changes occurring in research and university education against the backdrop of the emerging Open Science and Open Education trends.

In January of 2013, she co-founded the “HackYourPhD” community. Her doctoral thesis in information and communication science examines the Open Science movement (École Doctorale Frontières de l’Apprentissage du Centre de Recherche Interdisciplinaire (CRI)).
